In reply to: [WooCommerce] Items are not showing in product filterChecking the filter by product, I can see what you mean. What’s happening is that the filter only counts products with main Category, for instance, if the necklace is under “New Collection > Necklace” it won’t show.
However, this functionality is from the theme you’re using, Woodmart. Can you please contact your theme support and ask if this can be corrected?

Thanks for letting us know.
I’ve changed the theme back to default, de-activated and re-activated all plugins and still seeing the issue
Can you please confirm if you disable all plugins except WooCommerce, try to export the products, before reactivating the other plugins?
Also, as suggested by Mirko P., have you tried to contact your host and see if there is anything taking up too much memory?

Thanks for sending the video. It sure helped understand the issue.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check if the scroll is working and not adding the product to the cart
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
