In reply to: [WooCommerce] Testing WooCommerce PaymentsHi @kateharris,
Yes, those numbers should work for US testing.
However, like @judagutor stated, the WooCommerce Payments plugin team should be able to help you further. Contact us at its dedicated support forum here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout page looks oddHi @rebekkaryding,
This kind of problem may be caused by a conflict with a plugin or your theme. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check the checkout page
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Let me know if the problem persists.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pop-up based on the product in cartHi @aoedigi,
Just to clarify, the pop-up with the subscription product should appear when the user adds the single product to the cart. Correct?
For instance, client click “Add to cart” and the pop-up appears with the confirmation and the upsell products.
If so, I would suggest the plugin Added to Cart by KoalaApps. Get to know here:
https://woocommerce.com/products/added-to-cart-popup/
I hope this helps. Let me know if that’s not quite what you want.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Failed Payment, but customer chargedHi @absyedj,
At first sight, I would recommend you to update the payment getaway plugins (WooCommerce Payments, WooCommerce PayPal Payments and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax) the WooCommerce plugin itself (you have installed 5.6.2 and an update to version 6.4.1 is available). Also, WordPress is not up-to-date. Can you also update it?
Check if the refund is available after all the updates and if not, I kindly ask you to open a new topic in the WooCommerce Payments forum as the team there may be able to further help you.
Best regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to have different shipping option to continental US?Hi @baytocruz,
If you create a different shipping zone to Alaska and Hawaii, customers entering an Alaska or Hawaii shipping address will see the shipping options at checkout that you select for that shipping zone.
I’ve found on Google a complete guide with this specification that can be helpful, check it here:
https://avada.io/woocommerce/docs/setup-shipping.html
I hope this information helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t Add Atributes ina New Product.Hi @acarballal,
I’ve tested here, and I can’t reproduce this on my test sites. Can you please try to clear your browser and site cache? Get to know how here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/optimization-caching/
If the issue persists, can you, please, share a full and uncropped screenshot of what you’re seeing and also a System Status report with us?
For the screenshot, I’d recommend using: https://snipboard.io/
You can find your System Status via
WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Best,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analysis tab is missingIf it’s not showing the Analytics dashboard, there may be a conflict causing this.
If it’s showing no information, try going to
WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear.
Then check again the analytics report. If it’s still not working, check under
WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actionsto see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from importing. If that still doesn’t get the data to appear, or if you can’t get to the dashboard at all, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin like @whoudini suggested. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check if the analytics tab is displaying
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Thank you for reporting this.
It seems that some users reported the WooCommerce menu links in the WP dashboard is no longer available after updating to the latest release.I couldn’t reproduce the problem on test sites, but developers are now looking closer into the issue in Github:

Meanwhile, you can Revert to a Previous Version of WooCommerce or give it a go with @nazreenexe solution, some user reported back that it works fine for them.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax SetupHi @shivoxx,
While we may not implement all suggestions, the discussion around them is what drives us to make great things. One thing that may push it to be built in WooCommerce core, if you’d like, is to start a conversation on our public repo on GH!
