header.phpfile. If that is the case — please update theheader.phpfile from your child theme with the actual implementation from the parent theme.If that is not the case — please let us know and we’ll continue our investigation.

Let me explain a little bit more detailed.
In past, we where adding some custom CSS to float left/right blocks when the viewport screen was smaller than 690px. This custom CSS was centering the blocks on small devices.
But, after WordPress released a new update and changed the structure of core blocks a little bit, we had to remove that custom CSS in order to not mess with their CSS code because this was leading to some problems in some certain use cases.
So, if you still want to have that old flow when left/right blocks are centered on small screen sizes – you simply have to add that custom CSS we gave you and everything will be fine.

Did you somehow translated the text “%sSorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.%s” without adding the

Yes, we discussed with Michal.
Actually you are interpreting things a little bit in a wrong way.This is not a bug actually, and we already explained that in past we had a small snippet of CSS that was aligning float left/right blocks to center if the viewport screen was smaller than 690px.
But after some changes in Gutenberg core we decided to remove that CSS from the theme and let those blocks behave naturally, the same way they behave in other themes – without our custom CSS, because this could lead to some problems when you build some more advanced layouts.
Unfortunately we won’t add back that CSS but you can use that snippet without any issues.

We have a lot of users that use the theme and none of them reported a problem like this.
We also tested on several environments and installs, and everything works perfectly fine, please see this video – https://d.pr/v/xTwhdL
So, most likely something weird is happening only on your end.
Are you able to make a backup with this plugin and send us the backup so we could investigate it?
You can upload the backup to DropBox or Google Drive and send the link of that file to this email address – support@creativethemes.zendesk.com
We will analyze everything more detailed and I’m sure we will be able to find out what’s wrong on your end.

In past Freemius had some issues, I agree, but as you can see and like I already mentioned, they changed and improved the SDK based on the feedback they received from the entire WordPress community (a lot of specialists took part and worked on this).

You can test everything by yourself very easy, you can use a plugin like Log HTTP Requests or Snitch and you will see what data is shared/sent from your site.
These two plugins will give you a better picture and proof that everything is fine.Also, we can give you the pro version so you could perform some tests by yourself if you want.
