first of all thank you for your welcome back note! Much appreciated. Are these regular WP users, or just like in the other ticket, are managed through a separate plugin/subscription system? Also, are you filtering users by capability under Slimstat > Settings > Filters?

you may want to thank the NSA for this. After the privacy scandals of the early 2010’s, most search engines removed the keyword string from the referrer URL, making it impossible for us to track those search terms. However, some search engines still include them, and we record the ones we find.

the free version of the Maxmind database doesn’t provide the kind of details that other online geolocation services offer. Also, some users prefer to not rely on Maxmind for their IP lookups, and that’s why we introduced this feature.

when that is not displayed, it means that the visitor left the website by clicking on a bookmark or typing a different URL directly in the address bar. Unfortunately, being HTTP a stateless protocol, there’s no way to track when that happens. If you want better accuracy, we have a Slimstat add-on that implements a partial workaround to this problem:

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Crashed my websiteThis is indeed quite weird. However, we have more than a 100,000 users who can use the plugin without any issues. So it looks to me like your server is not capable of handling the load required to have Slimstat up and running.
