In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] UNIQUE IP(previous)Slimstat displays a comparison chart between the current timeframe you set (let’s say from April 1st to April 30th) and the same period immediately before (in this example, March 1st to March 30th). If you set a time range of 7 days, let’s say April 21st to April 27th, then the “previous” chart will be about the previous 7 days, April 14th to April 20th. I hope this makes sense.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working?@mattthev could you send me a screenshot of both the Activity Log and the Maintenance tab so that I can take a look?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working? Please click the little X icon next to the error message, and see if it comes back. Slimstat doesn’t reset that message. Also, could you send me a screenshot of the Activity Log by replying to the ticket you opened? If a page view is tagged as “bot”, then it should have a little spider icon next to it in the Access Log.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Googlebot is still not filteredGreat, thank you!

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working?Hm, I wonder if this is related to the new Browscap library in any way. Are you available to test version 4.8 before it’s officially released? If so, contact me at https://support.wp-slimstat.com and I’ll send you the steps to test the new release.
Also, are you using Cloudflare or any other load balancer in front of your website?
Best,

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working? Also, I’m assuming that when you looked at your server error log, you didn’t see anything related to Slimstat that could provide a clue on what’s happening, right?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working?Interesting. Has anything changed in your theme? Can you confirm that the function
wp_footer()is still being in your theme’sfooter.phpfile?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working? You can see that error in your browser’s devtools (Chrome, Firefox). Also, the tracking script is not being added to your website for some reason. Do you have Slimstat configured in Server Mode and turned off Track Client Info?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working? It looks like something is blocking access to admin-ajax.php:
Request URL: https://pawdell.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Request Method: POST
Status Code: 400400 means that my browser was not allowed to communicate with that script on your server. Please ask your hosting provider, if you don’t know what could be causing this issue.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Stats Not Working?Hi @pawdl,
would you mind sharing the website URL where this is happening? We are working on a new version which should be released in about two weeks, would you be interested in testing it in advance?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] AMP Analytics Tracking Support for AMPTrue, but at this time there are not many users asking for this feature. Also, the point of having AMP pages is to strip any unneeded code to speed up performance, and any tracking tool would go against that philosophy anyway. Being a Google product, AMP works best with Google Analytics, and based on my research, many of the third party analytics tools out there still don’t fully support AMP. Again, I’m not saying I will not implement it, eventually.
Best,
Jason
