I am left pretty much to deal with the website without any experience. The issue i have is there is no access to the website admin in order for me to do anything.
How can I gain access?

Here the RIGHT and LEFT shows as circled in Red. So here it is ok.
https://snipboard.io/QgqWnY.jpgNow here is link 2. After the order for the product has been placed, the customer would get this notification on their screen whilst on the website. As you can see only LEFT eye shows but the word ‘RIGHT’ is missing.

for your info thats not the page i’m referring to. That page was to take you through the buying process. Its the latter part of the sale confirmation i have an issues with. is it possible to send a picture here?

my issues is, i dont know what email address was used for admin when this website was created, hence when i click on forgotten password it doesnt accept my email addresses that i have tried.
so frustrating 🙂
