Website disappeared

    Hello

    Today I went to restore my website to a previous backup from 2 days ago on updraft and after completing the restore, the site had 99% disappeared.

    The following codes appears…

    try switch to WordPress default theme first

    Something in your themes files is outputting something that it shouldn’t.

    output started at /homepages/32/d818276236/htdocs/CoolContactsFiles/wp-content/themes/mytheme/functions.php:867

    That error tells you exactly where it’s happening (functions.php file on line 867). You’ll need to find out what is wrong at that part of the file and fix it.

    Apart from that if it’s a theme from here or one that you can download again it might be worth removing it from your site and re-installing in so the files are not corrupted in any way.

    Hello thank you for your response

    I am left pretty much to deal with the website without any experience. The issue i have is there is no access to the website admin in order for me to do anything.
    How can I gain access?
    Any suggestions? I have tried the following without success. 

    http://www.coolcontacts.co.uk 
    http://coolcontacts.co.uk/wp-admin/

    Is the other option to access via web host?
