The donation note is collected on the PayPal website, and you should be able to see it in your PayPal account. It’s not something that PayPal passes back to us, unfortunately: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Sending-and-receiving-money/How-can-I-check-what-was-sent-in-the-quot-NOTES-quot-with-a/td-p/779913

In reply to: [Easy PayPal Events & Tickets] Block Customers?I don’t believe that PayPal offers the ability to block a business customer or email address. Unfortunately, due to this limitation, our plugin also doesn’t offer such a feature.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] PayPal plugin shows failed payment@berry2710 Our plugin is only a payment processing addon for Contact Form 7. You’ll need to use Contact Form 7 to capture the form details: https://contactform7.com/faq/can-i-see-the-messages-submitted-through-the-contact-form/

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Payment status not workingWhat are you referring to by “Complete Details” exactly? Our plugin only handles the payment processing. For all of the other details the user submitted on the contact form, you’ll want to use Contact Form 7 for that: https://contactform7.com/faq/can-i-see-the-messages-submitted-through-the-contact-form/

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Payment status not workingTypically, this issue is caused by your PayPal account not having the IPN URL setup. Without the IPN, PayPal will not know to notify your website on transaction status: https://wpplugin.org/documentation/setting-up-ipn-notifications-on-paypal/

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Redirection MalfunctionPer the WordPress.org terms, we cannot provide support for the paid version on the forums here. Please continue to work with us in your email thread for support – bumping other threads on WordPress.org will not resolve your issue faster. Thank you.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Conflict with s2memberThanks for this report. Unfortunately, if another plugin is hijacking the PayPal IPN and overriding our hook, there’s very little we can do. I will add this plugin to our testing list and our developer will look into a possible workaround in the next update.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Can’t connect to stripeI’m referring to your hosting itself, not on your local computer. Does your webhost have a server firewall? Do you have any WordPress security plugins? Please try contacting your webhost to see if they are blocking connections.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Donations are pendingI don’t believe you need a business account to set up a PayPal IPN.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Donations are pendingPlease make sure that you have configured your PayPal IPN so that your website can be notified by PayPal when a transaction is complete: https://wpplugin.org/documentation/setting-up-ipn-notifications-on-paypal/
Great, glad to hear the issue was resolved. Thanks for letting us know.
Have you perhaps set up a custom donation button image, and that image is broken/missing/invalid? Please try switching back to the regular button to see if that resolves the issue.
