Thanks for using the plugin. Can you please confirm are you using the free version of the plugin? If yes then woocommerce enable option is not available on the free version of the plugin. It’s only available with pro version.

can you please confirm your junk or spam folder? because sometimes happens like if we are sending emails through the website it goes to spam because the “Email address” you have set in the plugin settings is not associated with the domain.

Have you created the default pages from settings? If yes then One page has been created “Gift Voucher” named. You can see all the vouchers from that page.
Also, regarding woocommerce, you can see the woocommerce enable option from settings. Just need to enable it. Then you can allow your customers to redeem voucher from cart page. Your vendors can add the vouchers from their account but if you have one site setup then all can see that and no separate settings for each users.
Also, for your note vouchers has separate checkout flow It will not sell as product.

Can you please try to reinstall the plugin? first please deactivate and delete it and then upload fresh. It will surely create new table and all will surely work fine.

If possible can you please check your database? and check if {wp_prefix}_giftvouchers_setting table exist or not. Also, you can enable the debug mode from config file like here. and confirm of any error showing?
If that table is not exist then please deactivate and delete the existing plugin and reinstall the plugin.

For the second option you need to contact to your hosting provider to make this option (allow_url_fopen) enable from server side. It will surely work after doing this.
