Thanks for your message.
You can create Manual order for anyone from Admin if you are using the pro plugin. This feature only available in pro version. If you are using free version then you can make payment in test mode temporary and create voucher manually and change back to Live mode for other.

Data will remains the same if you update the plugin. Data or images will not change. Please confirm from plugin new settings and then test.

You can change that settings from Plugin settings => Payment Settings tab => “Send Direct Mail”, you can change this settings to “No”.

You can upgrade to latest version and set this kind of flow to send voucher manually from admin, not directly. but this feature only available for “Bank Transfer” method.
Also, if you are using stripe payment method or any other method except “Bank Transfer” then voucher will send only if payment made successfully. if not then it will not redirect to success page and mail will not send too.

Sorry, for now only these payment options are available. We will work on this feature to make all payment method available in our upcoming updates.
Yes, currently this feature is not available in free version. To use this feature need to upgrade to pro version.

Can you please check if any console error or from debug log? If any other plugin conflicting with this? You can enable debug log from config file. here

You need to pass parameters as shortcode argument not from URL. It will work when you pass through shortcode.

Yes, Either the order deleted by mistake or somehow “[wpgv_giftvouchercancelpage]” this function called after successfully placed order.
You can test by add one manual order. To add order for testing you can add test credentials from plugin settings. If the cancel shortcode called from the success page anywhere then order will be delete.

Can you please confirm if you are using the correct ID for argument?
For ex. [wpgv_giftitems item_id=1] instead of 1 you need to pass Item ID as argument.[wpgv_giftitems item_id=1] here instead of 1 you need to pass the tag_ID from category edit URL.Let us know if you have any further queries or still not working.

Actually this feature is currently not there. Need to customize plugin.
If you are able to customize you can update “wpgv_giftvouchersuccesspage” shortcode.We will try to include this feature in our upcoming updates. 🙂

Is this happening with all successful order? or only with this specific order? Because if only with this order then there is a possibility, by mistake it has been deleted by any wp user from your site.
And if every time this is happening then can you please confirm if from success page
