Yes, the voucher will create with not paid status but it will not send to customer. They cannot use it.

If possible can you check if you have success page setup properly? The success page name should be “Stripe Payment Success Page” and this should have “[wpgv_stripesuccesspage]” shortcode. You can check if it’s redirecting to success page correctly or not?

If possible please try to use the “User Role Editor” or “Members – Membership & User Role Editor” plugin. I have checked and it’s working to restrict backend menu for specific user role.

You can generate 1000 offers, but each offer must have a different coupon code. Currently, we still haven’t supported to create 1000 coupons with 1 code coupon yet.

Can you please check once if you have any caching plugin in website? If yes then please try to deactivate that plugin. This could be the reason of causing this issue.
Also, if still not working can you please provide the screenshot from which step it’s generating the error.
