1. 250 characters: Currently in the backend there is no function to edit the number of characters in the message. But you can edit it by hand

We have checked your site. It is possible that the reason for not displaying the price on the Gift Item page is due to a Jquery conflict.
Please try Deactivate all plugins to see if any of your plugins conflict with the Gift Card plugin. Then try to change the theme on your site to see if there is a conflict with the theme’s Jquey library or not.
