I was careful not to display the contact email address.. and so far all the spam is coming through the contact form. But hopefully, as you say, v3 will kick in after a while! I’ll check out hCaptcha – thanks for the tip! All the best!

It’s interesting that @joaopcos said I just need to select V3 from the dropdown and enter the V2 keys… I defintely saw a video where you could select V2 or V3 from the dropdown, but I guess if that’s no longer possible it makes sense, as you say @iqcomputing, that it’s becuase the scripts conflict. In any case, I now have V3 running, and honeypot on all my contact forms, but I’m still getting plenty of spam. Are there any other free tools I can use to stop spam getting through? Many thanks for your input!

I’ve had a bit of a breakthrough – the columns do not display properly within Elementor, however, the correct number of columns appear on the front end. I hadn’t realised this before as I was simply trying to design a template.
From your point of view, does this shed any light on the problem, or would you still like that I contact the theme author?

You are absolutely correct – when I switch to Twenty Twenty the number of columns I have entered in the settings corresponds with the number of columns that appear on the page. Given that I *really* don’t want to change my theme, is there any way to fix this (other than to select 5 columns in order to have 4)? As for the other styling aspects (text font, buttons, etc.) – is there any way to make it consistent with my main shop page? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Tarek,
“If you are using the “Universal Product Layout” widget on a page, then your products will be displayed based on the settings that you set from the widget options.”
As I’ve said before, they’re not. I guess it’s a problem with the theme, because changing the display settings in widget options makes no difference.
