Hello @cmd4400
Thanks a lot for contacting us.
Our plugin is compatible with almost all the themes.
You can try by setting the product limit to 2 or more from the WooLentor settings.

Hi Tarek,
Thank for getting back to me. I tried what you suggested but nothing changes. Ideally I’d like 4 product columns but only 2 appear when I use the WL Universal Product Layout. If you have any other ideas please let me know!
Thanks,
Claire
Hello @cmd4400
Please follow the screenshot below:

Hopefully, it will work 🙂
Thank you!
Hi Tarek,
Thanks but I’m afraid it doesn’t work. Just to confirm, my settings are as follows:
Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row: 4
Woolentor > Settings > Woocommerce Template > Product limit: 4
After loading my shop template and dragging across the WL Edit Universal Product Layout widget, I have the option of selecting the number of columns (1-6) under the ‘Layout settings’ tab.
If I select 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 only two product columns appear. If I select 5, three columns appear.
The product limit under ‘Query Settings’ is set to 4.
Am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks,
Claire
Hello Claire,
If you are using the “Universal Product Layout” widget on a page, then your products will be displayed based on the settings that you set from the widget options.
Here are some screenshots for you:

Note: The widget settings will override the Customizer settings.

Hi Tarek,
“If you are using the “Universal Product Layout” widget on a page, then your products will be displayed based on the settings that you set from the widget options.”
As I’ve said before, they’re not. I guess it’s a problem with the theme, because changing the display settings in widget options makes no difference.
Kind regards,
Claire
Hi Claire,
Actually, we have checked our plugin from our end and it is working without any issue. That means the issue has nothing to do with the plugin.
We are a little confused about why this is happening. Would you please contact the theme author regarding this issue?
We’ll really appreciate it. Let us know once you hear from them.
We’ll look forward to your kind response 🙂
Thank you!
Hi Tarek,
I’ve had a bit of a breakthrough – the columns do not display properly within Elementor, however, the correct number of columns appear on the front end. I hadn’t realised this before as I was simply trying to design a template.
From your point of view, does this shed any light on the problem, or would you still like that I contact the theme author?
Thanks 🙂
Hello Claire,
Could you please provide us a few screenshots of the widget settings and how it looks like on the frontend?
