    Hi @vengr7262525

Just to be sure, do you want to add this without any conditional, is that correct?

If so, you can add this as a Purchase note, since the code is pulling data from that field!

Let me know if this is not exactly what you’re looking for!

    Hi @triptikon

As my colleagues mentioned above, the breadcrumbs from your site seem to be handled by your theme.

You may need to ask your Theme developer what’s the best way to disable the breadcrumb from your theme, or maybe activate the WooCommerce breadcrumbs if they are disabling using some function, and then add it again through your preferred way (like using YOAST).

Alternatively, you can temporarily switch your theme to Storefront, to see how it goes!

    Hi @bastiaan1232

Cart: ❌ Page visibility should be public

Can you double-check if your cart page is public and correctly published? You can check your Checkout page too!

You can read more details about setting up the WooCommerce pages here if needed:

Hi @shashikant91! Thanks for writing back!

Do you mind double-checking what are those 8 pending actions, from your report?

    Pending: 8
    Oldest: 2022-05-24 18:16:05 +0000
    Newest: 2022-05-27 18:40:53 +0000

I’m sure this is already on your radar, but just to clarify it a bit, if the amount of data shown in the report is limited to one page ( e.g. there are no pagination options shown in the table footer ), when you click on the Download button, the CSV file will download immediately.

If your selected date range results in a data set that spans more than one page in the table, your CSV download will be processed as a background job by WooCommerce. Once the data is ready to be downloaded, an email will be sent to the address that is attached to your WordPress account with a link to download the file.

I’d also recommend using the WP-CRONTROL to double-check all your cron jobs.

You can run your Pending actions again if needed (I wouldn’t run the failed ones, since they’re from 2021, and it seems some kind of imported content that failed at that time).

Finally, it’s super important to make a conflict test sometimes, I know this sounds a bit typical, but it helps to diagnose what’s going on.

It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea in your case. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Hi @douganderson! I hope you’re doing well!

When I pull up edit for the shop page I get a message:

I’d love to check this message and the block code, do you mind sharing a screenshot of it with us?

just the all products block, no sidebar, etc this occurs with both the Astra and Storefront themes

If you don’t see the sidebar, click the settings icon (a cog) next to “Publish” or “Update” in the WordPress Editor.

it shows widgets for sidebar, basebar, etc but there is no section for widgets in the body.

Have you added any widget on those areas? If so, can you share a screenshot with us of them?

It’s super hard to check it without seeing the live site, so the best way to do that is asking for some screenshots to visualize it better!

    I hope you understand! 🙂

    Hi @lakharadk

Thanks for sharing all those details! I have checked your screencast also, and I noticed 3 items missing from that category, let me list them by SKU:

    • HCPC;
    • OW183;
    • HCP2 (Which is out of stock);
    • The first thing I’d recommend checking is your product visibility. To check that, access one of those products (i.e: SKU HCPC), and on the right sidebar, check the Catalog Visibility item (I recommend changing the settings to “Shop and Search results” if it’s not marked yet).

Then, you can try to clear all your cache, I can see that you were using the WP-Optimize and you also have the advanced-cache drop-in plugin. YOu may need to reach out to your hosting company to double-check if they’re using any caching system on their side, despite the advanced-cache.

Also, I noticed that you’re using some very similar category names, with different slugs, and they all seems to be handled by your theme (Porto).

I know you have already done some conflict tests, but I’d recommend doing it again in a staging site. Do you already have it? If not, and if your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Change your theme to Storefront theme, disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce, and share with us the System Status report (WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”) of that staging site.

This will help us to diagnose and check it closer!

    Hi @epoirriez!

It was helpful but that’s the System Status Report! The one that my colleague asked for is your Fatal Errors log!

These logs can be useful when investigating issues with your site!

As mentioned above you can find them by navigating thought: WooCommerce > Status > Logs

If, by chance, there are any, paste them here on your response!

I hope to hear from you soon! All the best,

    (@chiape)

Hi @ars111! Thanks for sharing more details with us!

Let’s break it down a bit, just to be sure that I am following it correctly!

The issue you’re reporting is that even after deleting the reviews they are showing up on your (single) product page, is that correct?

If so, I went ahead and checked your site and a product, for reference it’s the ../product/tool-box/

    Image link: https://snipboard.io/zANkJo.jpg

If the issue is about that “3 reviews for toolbox” which seems to be none yet, while checking your source code, it seems to be coming from your theme (WoodMart).

Can you try to make a conflict test, just to be on the safe side?

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @sofievinck

It’s, usually, fully editable! Some themes may override it, or even allow it to be editable.

I’d recommend checking out with your theme developer for the best way to do that.

On the other hand, if you’re comfortable with coding, in a typically WooCommerce installation, you can find your My-Account folder and its templates at ../plugins/woocommerce/templates/myaccount

You can then override the default WooCommerce templates or use some WooCommerce hooks to interact with them.

Also, there are some plugins that make this for you, here’s a sample one:

    Hi @khaliavkin!

It may be hard to troubleshoot since it’s in your admin area, however, I’d recommend, firstly, updating your WordPress version to the latest one.

Then, if the problem persists, can you double-check if you see any error on your browser-console log?

Most browsers ship with built-in developer tools. These developer tools usually include a console. The console gives you information about the page that’s currently running.

Here’s a quick article about how to open your browser’s console to find errors, if you don’t know how to do it:

    https://documentation.concretecms.org/tutorials/how-open-browser-console-view-errors

Let us know if you’re seeing any, and share a screenshot of your view if anything is showing up!

You can also check, WordPress and WooCommerce for their error logs!

Here’s another quick step by step about how to find your WordPress error log:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-find-and-access-wordpress-error-logs-step-by-step/

And for the WooCommerce, you can find them by navigating to:

    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    • Choose a log from the drop-down labeled fatal-errors.log
    • Click View
    • Paste them here in your response if you find some!

I hope to hear from you soon! All the best,

Hi @znasznas, thanks for asking about this!

I am sure this is already on your radar, but the On-hold status means that the order is awaiting payment.

So, when the user pays through SOFORT, It redirects them to their bank’s portal to authenticate the payment, and it typically takes 2 to 14 days to receive notification of success or failure.

After that, the order status should be updated automatically according to its response.

This response time is something that cannot be modified, as it is defined by the financial institution, however, something you can consider doing, if you’re comfortable with coding is create a source object from the Stripe-SOFORT.

Using a Source Object, you can also check if the user had authorized the payment (when the Source object’s status updates to chargeable) and then, automatically update your order status.

Here’s a sample snippet to automatically complete orders:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
