Hi there,
Can you confirm the review count is zero for all post ids in the database? You have to access the _postmeta table and filter by meta_value.
Make sure to have a full backup in place before changing values in the database. More info at: Backing up WordPress content.

Let’s break it down a bit, just to be sure that I am following it correctly!
The issue you’re reporting is that even after deleting the reviews they are showing up on your (single) product page, is that correct?
If so, I went ahead and checked your site and a product, for reference it’s the ../product/tool-box/

If the issue is about that “3 reviews for toolbox” which seems to be none yet, while checking your source code, it seems to be coming from your theme (WoodMart).
Can you try to make a conflict test, just to be on the safe side?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Hello, I’ve performed what you told me… I performed and check it together with theme developer support. Conclusion is, you are wrong! This is not theme problem but pure woocommerce problem. Feel free to check my attachment. That is screenshot from storefront theme on product that I posted. And it also said 60 reviews with no reviews inside.
Is it possible to send this to tier 2 or someone else who is dealing with programming stuff?

Can you please head over to your database _postmeta table and search meta_key _wc_review_count and post_id 578?
You should see meta_value 7 and that’s the review count for your product Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin – Upper Crash Bars. You can edit the table and delete the value.

I’ve updated my comment above. Take a look at it and see if you can manage to locate the review count.
Notice that you’d have to use outb_wp_postmeta as your database prefix is different from mine. Also, the meta_key should be _wcml_review_count for what I see on your screenshot.
This doesn’t have much to do with WooCommerce core itself. As mentioned earlier, data is stored in the _postmeta table which is a WordPress database table and not a WooCommerce database table. Here you can see a list of tables included with WooCommerce.

If the meta_value still appears as NULL instead of 7 there is something wrong that needs to be fixed on your DB or it’s due to a cache issue on your site. We don’t provide database support and it’s a bit out of scope on this forum. You may want to consult a database professional if you need further assistance to resolve this issue.

Just for the record, what ever I put inside it gives me the same output. And btw. I’ve searched for same term manually (as you collegue suggested) and I’ve found none (and it is easy to search it via tables via phpmyadmin).

What do your see next to _wc_review_count in your outb_wp_postmeta table filtering for post_id 578?
