  • Hi @jozmas147

First, it’s important to say that this kind of customization is a bit out of scope for us.

The way the products are shown and handled on your site is associated with your theme and its stylesheets.

So, I’d recommend checking it directly with your theme developer, which seems to be the Flatsome theme. They can share with you some snippets to customize it.

That being said, doing that with PHP can be a bit tricky, you’ll need to set a max length for the titles, and then check if the title has the max length, if not, calculate its length and then add some spaces to that string.

Alternatively, you can try adding a height to your title class, something like this:

    .title-wrapper {height: 4em;}

You can adjust the height value to fit your needs. You can add it, just for testing purposes navigating to your WordPress DashBoard > Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.

    My very best,

    Hi @jamshiddeveloper

To help us to diagnose it better, can you share the steps that you’re taking to disable your archive page? Also, would you mind sharing with us a sample link or screenshot to that page?

If you haven’t enabled your archive pages at Products > Attributes it should be respected, but maybe there is a plugin managing it, Like the Yoast plugin for example, but we may need to take a closer look at it!

I hope to hear from you soon!

    All the best,

    Hi @yelenabuck

I can see that you’re using Paypal Express Checkout and Stripe as payment options.

It seems to be working as expected for me! If you’re still having issues with that, can you share more details about what are you missing? A full and uncropped screenshot may help us to visualize it better!

You can use this tool to paste and share with us the screenshot link:

    https://snipboard.io/

I hope to hear from you soon!

    Hi @tuomonurkkala

When checking the file you shared with us it has been deleted.

Can you double-check and share it with us again?

    My very best,

    Hi @paradisiac

Instead of using the shortcode, would you mind trying to use the OnSales product block? You can add it on a page/post/widget area and also filter the results by category.

    image link: https://snipboard.io/G5FxDH.jpg

Also, just to double-check, are you setting the percentage of discount, or the sale price on each product, right? If you’re still having issues, can you share a screenshot of sample product data showing the price and sale price?

I hope to hear from you soon!

    All the best!

    Hi @leejay1

Will it work as I expected if I leave the SKU field empty?

Yes! It will! SKUs aren’t required for simple products in WooCommerce 🙂

Just to clarify it a bit more, since the SKU (“Stock Keeping Units”) is used to keep track of stock levels internally, setting the same SKU to all your products, when 1 is sold, all the stock with the same SKU will decrease.

That means, if you have only 1 item in stock for each product, since they have the same SKU, selling one, all the others will be out of stock!

However, thinking in a scalable way, I’d recommend you to start using SKUs, here’s a post that comes in handy explaining why you should use SKUs in your store:

    https://woocommerce.com/posts/why-use-skus-woocommerce/

Let us know if you still have questions about it, and we’ll be here to help!

    My very best,

Hi Tim! Thanks for writing back sharing all that info!

Can you double-check if your Attributes are all set on all those products?

For example, while checking this page on your live site:

    https://machinemaxxusa.com/shop/used-forklifts/four-wheel-electric-forklift/2017-yale-erc060vgn/

I couldn’t find any attribute associated with this product.

So, just to double-check, after creating an attribute, you need to associate that attribute to a product (or to some of them, according to your needs).

    1. Go to Products > Click on a product to edit it.
    2. Select the Attributes tab in the Product Data. There you can choose any of the attributes that you’ve created.
    3. Select Add.

In the end, click on the Update button, to update that product and its attributes!

Let’s see if the count is increased by 1 after you update it!

You can also find a guide about managing your attributes here:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/

Let us know how it goes! My very best,

    Hi @troussel

Just a suggestion, something that you can consider is setting up a staging site.

If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can make all tweaks and tests without affecting your live site!

I hope to hear from you soon!

    All the best,

    Hi @creationsbylepree

While digging it deeper a bit, I can see some errors coming from a theme, named Toro (which seems to be different from your System Status report), and also with some scripts from Google Captcha (including the Contact form 7 – plugin).

Regarding your theme Toro, it seems compatible with the WooCommerce version 5.1.x, and also according to your System Status Report, you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce (6.2.1).

So, I’d give it a try and reach out to your theme developer, asking them to test the theme for compatibilities issues.

You can also change your theme to the Storefront theme, and reproduce the issue using a different device/connection, if the issue persists, share with us the steps taken, so we can try to reproduce the same behavior on our side too!

You can also share a quick video with us, hosting it somewhere and sharing with us only the link, so we can better visualize it!

We’d love to see your updated system status report after doing those tests.

    My very best,

Hi @bigmoxy, thank you for giving that a try! We appreciate the time you spent on it!

Just to confirm, what widgets are you using on your sidebar?

I also noticed that when you click on the Yale manufacturer on your staging site, it opens a page with 23 results, different from your live site, this sounds like a caching issue but let’s try to dig a bit deeper on your widget area first!

A screenshot of your entire screen showing your Widgets setup will be appreciated too!

I hope to hear from you soon!

    My very best,

    Hi @bigmoxy

I’d give the steps that Juan mentioned a try! While digging it up a bit, it seems that the filter is only considering your first row, so making a conflict test may help you to diagnose what may be happening!

Also while checking your site, I can see that there is an error coming from a plugin named Smart Variation Swatches, this may be affecting your products and products variations listings!

So, it’s important to deactivate everything except for WooCommerce and change your theme to Storefront, with a basic setup, you’ll be able to see what’s going on!

Also, as recommended, a Staging site is a good idea!

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes! My very best,

    Hi @skinnyboy77

By chance, are you using the Composite Products extension?

If not, this may be achieved using a plugin. There are similar products around that you can take a look at but the Composite products may let you create product kits and it also supports conditional logic!

Let us know how it goes! My very best,

    Hi @stevew52

That’s correct! Let us know if you have other questions by creating a new topic! We’d love to help!

    My very best,

    Hi @jdolan

We hope to hear good news from you soon!

Also, if it doesn’t help, I’d check it out with your theme developer. It seems that the Adrenalin theme is compatible with the WordPress 5.7.x version and WooCommerce 5.1.x.

They will need to check if everything is up to date!

    My very best,

    Hi @trucm

Would you please take a full conflict test? After disabling all your Plugins except for WooCommerce, change your theme to Storefront theme, instead of twenty twenty two.

Then, if the problem persists, can you share with us your System Status report, please?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Feel free to activate all your plugins after grabbing your System Report and sharing it with us!

    My very best,
