Plugin Auto Updated itself despite it being disabled!

I manage multiple sites using WooCommerce, and today they updated themselves, even though I set all my sites’ database parameters for all auto-updates to be disabled. Never had this happen before and I see others are experiencing this as well. This is not good at all, and it did the update mid-day during heavy traffic time. I hope you will address this immediately. Please! Very disappointed at the moment.
