In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Colors dont show up in month viewLooks like it’s time to give up trying to get the category colors to work on The Events Calendar. I had also contacted tech support for the plugin because although I had purchased the Pro version back in September of 2021 I couldn’t login. I had numerous emails back from support after I bought the plugin which I would not have received if I had not bought the Pro version. Despite that their tech support just confirmed that I was using the free version and they offered no additional help. They also would not answer me as to why the category color plugin didn’t work. They also did not respond as to why the featured image was on top of the event title. Useless support to say the least.
I’ve spent a month adding numerous events to the Events Calendar so using a different calendar would be far too time consuming now. I’m stuck with it.

I also offered to add a user to allow you admin access to the site, but I didn’t get any answer on that either.

I installed the color plugin and set all the category colors but they don’t show up. I did run the ?reset_css as well. I can either send you screenshots or add you as a user to login to the site.

I have both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Category Color plugins installed. As I said I can send you a screenshot if that helps. I just got an update for the Events Calendar but it still doesn’t show any category colors.

I have double checked the file names and don’t see any issues. If I can send you a screenshot of just one example that would help.

If you scan down the gallery you will see that the photos are not in alphabetical order despite the fact that the file names are.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] End time issueAs I’ve explained most of the gigs end at times like 1:00 AM and it’s important that they do not show over two days or people will think they are playing both nights. I have found other plugins that allow you to set a later end time in the settings so gigs only show on the one night. That works for me.
