In reply to: [ColorNews] SliderNo, I am no programmer. I just need to know where to set the transition timing as there is with all sliders. The slider is useless now when there is no time to read the slides.

The only issue now is the timing of the transitions because they are switching too fast to read. I could not find this setting anywhere so if you could let me know how I change it that would be great.

In reply to: [ColorNews] SliderI followed your instructions but when I got to the last area there was nowhere to assign an order to the posts and when I clicked on “edit” on the slider nothing happened. Just need to assign an order that makes sense to follow.

In reply to: [Prisna GWT - Google Website Translator] Awesome!Although in the options I set that the site is in English and then added Spanish, I could not figure out how to get back to English. I went back into the options and added British English and was then able to go back to English, but that didn’t seem right.
I then tried to add the translation into the page footer so that it would be on every page but it did not work as a footer widget. I then added the widget to several sidebars and it works there.

Assuming I figure out how to get my homepage back to English how do I get other pages to translate? Not all pages have somewhere to add the widget, unless maybe I put it in the footer. Suggestions?

The area I live here in Mexico has some 15,000 Expats, many of whom are single. There is no effective dating site here other than sites like POF and LatinCupid, both of which don’t work well here.

I was able to do a few other styling things; however, the only thing I am struggling with now is trying to center the phone image. I’ve tried just about everything but the only thing that sort of works is this:
although the align=”middle” does nothing. Not ideal and I wonder what it will do when people view the page on a phone?
Ideally, I would like people to be able to click on the phone icon to dial the number they selected when they are viewing the page on their phone. I assume adding tel: with the number would do this.

In reply to: [Admin Custom Login] No registration link?We’ve had SO many tickets on this plugin and it’s still not working! I believe the issue is a lack of documentation on how to use the plugin.
We seem to keep asking the same questions over and over again and get nowhere. After no response as to why the custom admin login was not working, our hosting company, SiteGround, finally did get it working. The issue now is that a new user said she could not log in because she got an “oops. page not found” when she tried to register. We searched every support ticket you have to learn how to have a registration process but couldn’t find a word.
The other issue is that after spending hours on the design the words below the login area are in white on our background image and don’t show properly. We asked how to change the font color or add a background so this can be seen better but got no response.
Appreciate any help. Thank you.

In reply to: [Admin Custom Login] Installation issueWe are having SO much trouble with the custom admin login! We have not had any response to our numerous emails. Today we copied the custom admin login URL to our top menu but clicking on it does nothing and we were left not being able to login to our site!
We again copied the URL and opened an incognito window and logged in just fine. We don’t know why it is not working on our site – AjijicToday.com.mx. We provided our credentials but got no response.
