In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal error: Class 'Tribe__Tickets__Main' after UPDATEHi,
Ok, glad one part is fixed. We can help out with Event Tickets Plus.
However, here on the WordPress.org forum, Iām afraid we do not provide technical support for our premium plugins. Please take your support questions to our premium forum:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/
Having said that to get you started.
Do you have Event Tickets (not plus) active and on version 4.1.3?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/
Also, you could manually downgrade if need be.
You can download the older versions of the core plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/Event Tickets here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/developers/And follow these steps for manual updates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let us know.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal error: Class 'Tribe__Tickets__Main' after UPDATEHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
There was a missing file that has sense been updated in 4.1.3 that caused this when using our older ticketing plugins.
Unfortunately, to regain access to the site you need to delete The Events Calendar in the plugin directory and then reinstall it from WordPress.org
To do that you need to use an ftp program, your hosts cPanel’s File Manager, or contacting your host to help.
The plugin is located here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar
And the latest version can be found here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/You can either search and add it back from the admin or follow these steps for manual updates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Sorry again for the issues.
Let us know how that works out.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not showing upHi Jens,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I test on my site and the Map is working for me in 4.5 so maybe a change happened in that release that is causing this.
I visited your site, thanks for the link and see this javascript error:
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .main_menu .menu li > a[href*=#]Not sure where that is coming from, but I do know it is not our coding. Can you please see about getting that resolved and we can go from there is the issue is not fixed.
Also, titis14 & 2bearstudio

Again to quote the WordPress forum guidelines:

So it looks like you are getting a fatal error.
Please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
Then let us know in your own thread and we can help out.
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Multi Print Coupons on Same PageHi.
Thanks for the interest in the Coupon Creator.
You are correct there is no feature to select and print multiple coupons on a page. It is a feature I am interested in adding, but do not have a timeline for it right now.
It is a fairly large project to get working so no good advice on where to start and my custom work minimum is pretty high, but if you would like to continue the conversation please contact me using the form here:
https://couponcreatorplugin.com/contact/
Thanks

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Pre Sales Printing CouponHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator.
Is this for the Pro version or the Coupon Creator?
If it is Pro please login and create a support ticket here:
https://couponcreatorplugin.com/support/contact/
As I am not able to support Pro features here.
However, most browsers do not have background image printing turn on by default. If it is critical for the offer you would have to include it as an image and not a background image or put the offer in text as well.
Pro does have a feature to only show text in the Print View so you could add it that way.
I also found this guide to help turn on printing background images for most browsers.
Anyway let me know about follow up on the Pro Support System or here if it is just Coupon Creator related.
Thanks
