Hi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
There was a missing file that has sense been updated in 4.1.3 that caused this when using our older ticketing plugins.
Unfortunately, to regain access to the site you need to delete The Events Calendar in the plugin directory and then reinstall it from WordPress.org
To do that you need to use an ftp program, your hosts cPanel’s File Manager, or contacting your host to help.
The plugin is located here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar
And the latest version can be found here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
You can either search and add it back from the admin or follow these steps for manual updates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Sorry again for the issues.
Let us know how that works out.
Thanks
ok brian, thank you. I´ve done it, but now, unfortunately i´ll get the next problem… – Events Tickets Plus is not running anymore and show me the notice, that i have to update it – but it is the latest Version 4.1.2…
one update, many new problems…

Hi,
Ok, glad one part is fixed. We can help out with Event Tickets Plus.
However, here on the WordPress.org forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support for our premium plugins. Please take your support questions to our premium forum:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/
Having said that to get you started.
Do you have Event Tickets (not plus) active and on version 4.1.3?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/
Also, you could manually downgrade if need be.
You can download the older versions of the core plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
Event Tickets here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/developers/
And follow these steps for manual updates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let us know.
Thanks
