Hi,
Absolutely. You will be able to easily remove a site from your license key, via your Account page, and activate it on another.

WPtouch Supportwill i have to purchase different licsence for
different wp installs or one licsence will work for all
subdomain wp installsFor each individual WordPress install, you’ll need to separately activate WPtouch Pro on it, even if they’re sub-domain installation on the same top-level domain. So you will need multiple Site Activations in your license.
i am also having facebook like box in my sidebar
how can i show it on wptouch using or without using
your woocommerce designed themeYes. If this functionality is added via a sidebar widget, we can surely assist you in adding sidebar support in WPtouch Pro using WPtouch Pro’s child theme feature.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Thank you for your interest in WPtouch Pro!
1. Yes, once Site Activation is sufficient to use/test on all sub-sites in a multisite installation.
2. No, only WPtouch Pro themes will work in WPtouch Pro. WPtouch Pro themes include the option to display social media sharing buttons in posts and pages for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and E-mail. If you’re adding the social media sharing buttons to your desktop theme via a plugin, they should be visible in the WPtouch Pro theme as well.
3. If the ads are added in a way that is custom/exclusive to the desktop theme, then those ads won’t be available to WPtouch Pro. However, with Multi-Ads you’ll be able to add ads to your mobile theme in the header, before and after the content, within the content and in the footer. Multi-Ads won’t affect the desktop theme at all.
The best way to find out if WPtouch Pro will work for you is to try it. You can try it risk-free for you, as WPtouch Pro comes with a 14-day refund guarantee. If you run into any issues, we’ll do our best to help you resolve them. If we are not able to resolve them, we’ll process a refund in full for you.

Emilio Rivera
WPtouch SupportGreat to know that worked for you. You’re welcome.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Custom page templates are supported in the child theme in WPtouch Pro. While you can modify the templates in WPtouch (free), all your changes will be overwritten in an event of an update.
The change you’re looking to do can be done with CSS. To remove the page title from a specific page, add the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, when editing the mobile theme.
.page-id-2 .post-page-head-area { display: none; }where “2” is the page’s ID.
Or use:
.home .post-page-head-area { display: none; }if the page you want to remove the page title from is the homepage.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Mobile/Desktop SwitchHi,
The behavior you describe sounds like a caching issue. If the website is running a caching plugin or system, please make sure it is configured to ignore the WPtouch user agent. You can find the list and detailed instructions in the article linked below.

WPtouch SupportHi Eren,
I apologize again. Your initial e-mails never reached our inbox. They may have been caught as spam and we never saw them. As soon as we noticed your e-mails on August 18, we processed a refund and as a courtesy left your license fully active. Should you decide to give WPtouch Pro another try, let us know if you have any other questions or if you run into any issues. We’ll be happy to assist.
Also, we would appreciate it if you would consider revising your review rating.

WPtouch SupportHi,
WPtouch loads its own theme (with its own single.php), so anything that is custom to the desktop theme can’t be ‘seen’ by WPtouch.
You can add the data to WPtouch’s single.php by using WPtouch Pro’s child theme support. In WPtouch Pro, you can very easily create child themes and add custom page templates or customize existing ones and even add custom functions. In essence, anything that is done to your regular WordPress theme can be done to your mobile theme, and WPtouch Pro’s Make a Child Theme extension makes the process even easier.

WPtouch SupportHi,
I’m assuming that it’s only $50.00 on top of the $79.90 WPtouch package which says it doesn’t come bundled with MobileStore, but I just wanted to make sure before she goes ahead with any purchases.
Yes, exactly. In essence, your client can purchase 1 Site Activation and the MobileStore theme ($95 total), if that is all he or she needs. Or they can purchase the Go Pro bundle ($79) and add the MobileStore ($50) at checkout.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Remove PostHi,
We’re currently looking into a bug that seems to be affecting the categories and tags exclusion setting in Appearance > Customize > Blog. We’ll aim at addressing it in an upcoming release soon. You can then add the post(s) you want to exclude to a specific category or tag, and exclude the cat/tag in WPtouch.

WPtouch SupportHi Nunciuss,
Take a look in Settings > General > Language. You’ll see a dropdown with available languages. When you select a different language, the previous and next text will also use the language you have selected.
Let us know if you have further questions and we’ll be happy to help.
