WPtouch SupportHi,
Try adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, when editing the mobile theme.
#sidebar {
display: none;

WPtouch SupportHi,
Only WPtouch Pro’s MobileStore theme includes official support for WooCommerce. While Bauhaus and other WPtouch themes may display product listings and single product pages, we can’t guarantee native/full WooCommerce functionality in any of them except MobileStore.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Old Blog PostsHi,
This is likely caused by another one of the active plugins. You may want to check if one of the active plugins in WordPress is conflicting by deactivating them one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress and see if you find a culprit. You can start with the plugins you suspect may be causing the issue, if you have a large number of active plugins. If that fails to work, please briefly activate a default theme like the 2015 or 2016 to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue/conflict.

WPtouch SupportHi,
The theme you see on your mobile device is not from WPtouch. It looks like it might be JetPack’s mobile theme module. Check JetPack’s settings and disable its mobile theme and clear W3 Total Cache’s cache completely to make sure you’re seeing a ‘fresh’ version of the page/site.

WPtouch SupportHi,
If you mean sidebar content in the footer area of the mobile theme, you can remove it by adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS when editing the mobile theme.
#sidebar { display: none; }Regards,

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Insert tracking codeHi Amir,
In WPtouch, you can add custom scripts in Appearance > Customize > Footer. The code will output in the footer, however.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Only WPtouch Pro’s MobileStore theme includes official support for WooCommerce. We can’t guarantee WooCommerce’s full functionality in any of the other themes.
You’re welcome to upgrade to WPtouch Pro and add the MobileStore theme to your license. Should you encounter the same or any other issue, let us know and we’ll be happy to further assist.

Another way to add custom styling would be to add it in Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.
To target specific pages you could do something like:
.term-cateogry-name { //Your custom CSS here }where “category-name” is the product category’s name in WooCommerce.

Hi,
Please update to the latest version of WPtouch and see if that helps make a difference. If it doesn’t, it sounds like another one of the active plugins may be causing the issue. You can check by briefly deactivating the other plugins one at a time and see if you find a culprit. Start with plugins you suspect may be causing the issue. Plugins related to SEO, custom urls/redirects, etc.
If the issue persists, please share the URL of the website in question and we’ll be happy to take a closer look for you.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Sorry we couldn’t get back to you earlier. Looking at the site at this time, I’m seeing the same content on the mobile theme vs. the desktop theme. Let us know if you’re still having issues and we’ll do our best to help.

WPtouch SupportHi,

WPtouch SupportHi,
Thank you for your interest in WPtouch Pro!
1. If you want it enabled on all sites on the network, you can enable it network-wide. If you only want it on a select number of sites in the network, you can enable it on a site-by-site basis.
2. Absolutely. Sub-sites can have different themes and settings.
3. Yes, they should. You can assign a custom menu to WPtouch Pro via WordPress’s menu settings – Appearance > Menus.
4. Yes, they should. We can’t say for sure, since there are so many different types of desktop themes, site/server configurations. The best way to find out is to give it a try. If you encounter any issues, we’ll do our best to help you resolve them. If we can’t, after being given the chance, we’ll process a refund in full for you, no problem.
When using WPtouch Pro in a multisite environment, we recommend the Multisite Support Add-on. You can find more info on it in our Add-ons page – http://www.wptouch.com/add-ons/
