    i want to buy pro version, but first i want to know its working
    on multisite using the web app extension.

    1 should i enable it network wide or site by site?
    2 can i have different mobile theme for different sub-sites or main site?
    3 will my menu’s appear properly on every subsite(every sub site will have different menu)?
    4 will my social login plugins work properly?

    before buying i want to test every thing to avoid having problems later.
    i had more questions before i started writing, but now i forgot.

    any other information if you guys can provide me
    regarding using wptouch with multisite install.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in WPtouch Pro!

    1. If you want it enabled on all sites on the network, you can enable it network-wide. If you only want it on a select number of sites in the network, you can enable it on a site-by-site basis.

    2. Absolutely. Sub-sites can have different themes and settings.

    3. Yes, they should. You can assign a custom menu to WPtouch Pro via WordPress’s menu settings – Appearance > Menus.

    4. Yes, they should. We can’t say for sure, since there are so many different types of desktop themes, site/server configurations. The best way to find out is to give it a try. If you encounter any issues, we’ll do our best to help you resolve them. If we can’t, after being given the chance, we’ll process a refund in full for you, no problem.

    When using WPtouch Pro in a multisite environment, we recommend the Multisite Support Add-on. You can find more info on it in our Add-ons page – http://www.wptouch.com/add-ons/

    thanks for the reply.
    one more thing i want to ask is,
    i am using free version right now,
    in my mobile version of website,
    it’s showing archives and other meta information,
    how can i get rid of that.

    Hi,

    If you mean sidebar content in the footer area of the mobile theme, you can remove it by adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS when editing the mobile theme.

    #sidebar {
    display: none;
    }
