Hi,
WPtouch actually loads its own theme entirely, and so edits that you make to any of your desktop theme’s template files, like header.php, aren’t seen.
You can edit the WPtouch theme files in /wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/bauhaus/default and insert custom code, but any changes that you make will be overwritten when we update the plugin.
WPtouch Pro offers an update-safe method for making these changes by using child themes.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Taking a look at http://justillon.de/mobil/, it looks like you may have resolved the issue. Also, you can select between the “Enhanced” and “Streamlined” slider styles in Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider, and see which one works best for you.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Would you mind if we take a closer look at this for you? It’s not an error we’ve seen reported before and would like to take a closer look and see what might be happening. You can provide temporary/confidential WordPress login credentials by sending them to credentials@wptouch.com.

WPtouch SupportNow that this custom css is in place the next update WPTouch that comes out will it erase that or leave it in tact?
Changes in the Customizer and WPtouch Pro’s admin panel will survive plugin, theme and extension updates.
You’re welcome.

WPtouch SupportHi,
It looks like you’re running the lazy-load plugin, which is known to cause this issue. Unfortunately, this plugin must be deactivated site-wide in order to resolve this conflict. But, you can install the bj-lazy-load plugin and use that as an alternative.
With the bj-lazy-load plugin activated, go to WPtouch Pro > Settings > Site Compatibility and under Active Plugins, toggle off the bj-lazy-load plugin. This will keep the plugin active for your desktop site, but disable it for mobile so that your product thumbnails work correctly.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. Please make sure your installation is running an up-to-date version of WPtouch and of WordPress. Also, are you using custom field thumbnails by any chance? Take a look in Appearance > Customize > Blog > Thumbnail Type.
If the issue persists, activate WPtouch in WordPress, but disable its display in Settings > General > Display. We’ll then use the preview theme URL (http://www.easymusic.dk/?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled) to take a closer look. Your regular mobile visitors will continue to see the desktop theme while we take a look. Thank you.
Emilio Rivera,

WPtouch SupportHi,
It looks like you may have found a bug. We’re looking into this now and will aim at addressing it in an upcoming release soon. For now, you can add the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS when editing the mobile theme and it should remove the switch link.
.wptouch-mobile-switch { display: none; }Regards,

WPtouch SupportHi,
When looking at your website’s menu in the WPtouch theme, I see the same menu items that are in the desktop theme. For example, I see the “Search by Google” item in the WPtouch theme as well.
If you mean that the menu items are not expanded always, like in the desktop theme, then that is because WPtouch Pro’s menu is designed that way, to make your mobile visitors’ experience more user-friendly.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Yes, you can use the AMP plugin from Automattic while using WPtouch.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Adding widgetsHi,
This is possible in WPtouch Pro, by using the Pro-only child theme feature. If you’d like to upgrade to WPtouch Pro, you’ll find instructions to add sidebar widget support in the “Common customizations for WPtouch themes” article in our KnowledgeBase.

WPtouch SupportHi,
You can add your Google Analytics tracking code to Appearance > Customize > Footer when editing the mobile theme and it should track the mobile visitors that see the WPtouch theme.
