How to add analytics tracking code (free version)

    Hi there. I’m using the free version of wptouch and I would like to add the google analytics tracking code. I know that this is possible in the pro-version but is there an option to add it to the free version? I really don’t need the other feautures of the pro-version…

    Hi,

    You can add your Google Analytics tracking code to Appearance > Customize > Footer when editing the mobile theme and it should track the mobile visitors that see the WPtouch theme.

    I have tried adding the script in the footer but WordPress won’t allow it. Can you tell me how to add Google Analytics to my WP Touch pages? Am I to only enter the UI or the entire script somewhere (free version).
