In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Slider doesn’t workHi,
Should there be a checkbox to “Enable featured slider”? If so, I’m not seeing one.
Please take a look in Appearance > Customize > Blog Layout and make sure “Show featured posts” is enabled. If it’s already enabled, disable it, save the changes and re-enable it. Save the changes again and it should do the trick.

WPtouch SupportThank you for trying that. Does briefly deactivating WP Minify (and clear all its caches) make a difference? Deactivating it briefly will at least let us know if the issue is being caused by it specifically.
If it doesn’t, check if any of the other plugins may be causing the issue by deactivating them one at a time, starting with the ones you suspect may be the culprit.

WPtouch Pro.Hi,
It looks like the issue may be caused by the WP Minify plugin. It seems to be adding minification to WPtouch’s .js files. Take a look at WP Minify’s settings and find the area to exclude .js files. Add the list below, clear all caches/save changes and it should help resolve the issue.
wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/bauhaus/default/bauhaus.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/spinjs/spin.min.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/spinjs/spin-jquery.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/featured/wptouch-owl.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/menu/menu.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/infinite-scroll/infinite-scroll.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/base/base.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/base/base-public.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/google-fonts/google-fonts.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/load-more/load-more.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/media/fitvids.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/media/media.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/owlcarousel/owl.carousel.min.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/tappable/tappable.min.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/tappable/wptouch.tappable.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/fastclick/wptouch.fastclick.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/fastclick/fastclick.min.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/slideout/slideout.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/modules/slideout/slideout-helper.js wp-content/plugins/wptouch/include/js/wptouch.jsRegards,

WPtouch SupportHi,
It looks like you were able to resolve the issue. The slider and featured images are displaying as expected. Sorry we didn’t get to you earlier, but glad to know you got things sorted out.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with the video embeds. Testing locally, we can’t reproduce any issues embedding/displaying Youtube videos.
Can you let us know exactly how you’re adding the videos? Are you using the video’s URL, embed code, a shortcode, etc.?
If you can share the URL of the website in question, we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
If you want to try a previous version, you can always download older versions of the plugin at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wptouch/developers/

WPtouch SupportHi myaylali,
You can do this with CSS. Add the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS when editing the mobile theme and it should accomplish what you’re after.
#menu-toggle { visibility: hidden; } #menu-toggle:after { content: 'MENU'; visibility:visible; }Regards,

WPtouch SupportHi,
It sounds like another one of the active plugins may be conflicting. You may want to check if another one of the active plugins may be causing the issue. Deactivate each one at a time for a brief moment as you check for a culprit. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue.

WPtouch SupportThank you for the info and the screenshots. The issue may be caused by the specific configuration on your setup, since as much as we tried locally, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue.

WPtouch SupportHi airdrummer,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. What version of WPtouch is the website in question running? I am trying to reproduce the issue on our end but can’t seem to make the Feedback/Contact form post types display in WPtouch’s post listing.
Let us know exactly how the issue can be reproduced and we’ll do some further testing.

WPtouch SupportHi,
You can remove that text by adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.
#infinite-footer { display: none !important; }Regards,

WPtouch SupportHi,
That text is not added by WPtouch, so you may need to contact the folks over at BuddyPress, or at the plugin that is adding it. However, looking at your site openupward.com, it looks like you were able to remove it.

WPtouch SupportHi Ken,
That’s a bit strange, I don’t think we’ve seen that happen before. Could you share the URL of the website in question? Also, check that the posts that are not being displayed are not in an excluded category or tag in Appearance > Customize > Blog.

WPtouch SupportHi Aircut,
We are sorry you feel deceived, but we try to make it clear in several places throughout the purchase process that the license includes one full year of support and updates. The unedited screenshot below, shows “Every license includes a full year of updates and professional support.” at the top of the page (in your screenshot the page is scrolled down a bit), and a similar message towards the bottom of it. This text has been there, as can be verified at archive.org.

Similar text is also shown on the checkout page.
Again, we are sorry you feel deceived, but that is never our intention with our customers. You can e-mail us directly at hello@wptouch.com with your account e-mail address and we’ll happily add 2 months to your license’s expiration date as a courtesy, at no extra charge.

Emilio Rivera
