Taxonomies are special categories used by custom post types. Both are advanced features of WordPress desktop themes. If your desktop theme uses these, the free version of WPtouch will not be able to access them.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of WordTwit (3.5.1), which includes compatibility with the latest version of WordPress and the Twitter API. You can also use the Twitter API time offset in the “Advanced” section of the WordTwit admin panel.

If you’re still having issues with URL shortening, please make sure you are using the latet version of WordTwit, which ensures compatibility with the latest version of WordPress (3.8.1 currently) and the latest version of Twitter’s API.

You just need to uncheck them once. WordTwit will remember what accounts are unchecked and the next time you open a post in the post editor, only those accounts that were previously left selected will remain selected.

The issue may be caused when the custom Twitter app has not been configured properly.
Please make sure that the “Access level” is set to “Read and Write”.
Also, the app must have a “Callback URL”. The url can be the url of the website you have installed WordTwit on. You can add the Callback URL under the “Settings tab at dev.twitter.com/apps
If that fails to work, you can also try resetting your custom Twitter app keys and set the Twitter app again in WordTwit.

The mobile theme will be able to display the content as well once it has access to those custom templates. The free version of WPtouch does not offer this capability. WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom post types, custom page templates, and shortcodes.
