In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Not work for meDouble-check the settings in Hyper Cache then purge all its stored files from your server via FTP. This will ensure that old files are not served.
To configure your caching plugin not to cache mobile pages nor to serve cached pages when mobile devices are detected, enter the user agents found in the documentation link below to the “rejected user agents” areas in your caching plugin’s settings. Remember to clear your plugin, browser, and device caches before retesting.

The features of WPtouch and WPtouch Pro are exclusive to these plugins and not available for outside use.

If you do not have caching plugins active the next step is to check for any cloud-based caching services and server-side caching that may be active.
Because caching happens well before WPtouch triggers, it is important to set those systems up to reject mobile user agents. That will prevent them from storing content in the mobile theme and serving it to the inappropriate browser.
Relevanssi is not compatible with WPtouch at this time.
While WPtouch Pro serves a mobile theme to the same URLs used by your desktop theme, it will also allow you to add URLs to “ignore” meaning that the desktop theme will appear on the mobile device for those specified URLs. This may address your needs.
Your desktop theme appears to use a number of advanced features such as custom templates and shortcodes. The free version of WPtouch does not offer the capability to access these. WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom post types, custom page templates, and shortcodes so you may choose to access those functions or create new content for mobile if you like.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Menu not workingWhen the menu in the mobile theme does not function, it is a strong indication that there is a Javascript conflict in the WordPress installation.
To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.
If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.
You may choose to replace the conflicting plugin with another or upgrade to WPtouch Pro which has a feature that will allow you to disable the conflicting plugin within your mobile theme but leave your desktop theme intact.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] 404 page not foundWPtouch uses the same URLs that the desktop theme does so if you’re seeing a “page not found” error, there is likely a setting activated that specified a page that does not exist such as the Landing Page or the Custom Latest Posts page (an advanced setting).
The correct way to add custom styling to the mobile theme is in the Stats & Custom Code area of your WPtouch admin panel. The tool tip there will give you additional information if you want to use a stylesheet otherwise simply include your custom CSS inside style tags.
While it appears that the switch isn’t functioning, what’s actually happening is the caching plugin is serving the incorrect theme. In reply to: WPTouch and Visual composerThe free version of WPtouch does not offer the capability to access the advanced functions and custom templates that may be used in desktop themes. This is the domain of WPtouch Pro.
In addition, the complex structure of WPBakery’s Visual Composer does not lend itself to being accessed by WPtouch Pro so if you wish to upgrade to WPtouch Pro, know that those functions powered by Visual Bakery will not be accessible to the mobile theme.
