You can deactivate WPtouch from your WordPress Plugins area then use the link to delete it. You may also delete it via FTP from the /plugins/ directory.
You can add your translated .mo file to the /wptouch/lang/ directory. It will then display in the Regionalization menu.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Rev SliderIt sounds as if your slider uses a layer position (the “z-index”) that conflicts with the menu. That can be adjusted by adding CSS to the mobile theme in the Stats & Custom Code area of your WPtouch admin panel.
The other plugin’s results may be due to a Javascript conflict or the need to port a custom template. We’d need to review your particular URL to be definitive.
The free version of WPtouch is not customizable beyond what’s available in its admin panel. WPtouch Pro will allow the customization you describe by allowing you to customize the header of your chosen mobile theme.
Choosing “Blog listing only” from the settings under Bauhaus Settings > General > Blog > Post thumbnails will display the featured images attached to your posts only on the latest post listing and not anywhere else sitewide.
WPtouch uses the native WordPress search functionality. If you’re not able to see that in your installation, there may be a Javascript conflict affecting performance.
To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.
If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.
You may choose to replace the conflicting plugin with another or upgrade to WPtouch Pro which has a feature that will allow you to disable the conflicting plugin within your mobile theme but leave your desktop theme intact.
Not all plugins respond to the Compatibility Tool. You can try to hide the page element by adding custom styling to your mobile theme in the Stats & Custom Code area of your WPtouch admin panel.
This documentation details how to preview your mobile theme in a desktop browser so you can use a browser inspector to locate the selectors you’ll need: http://www.bravenewcode.com/support/knowledgebase/previewing-your-mobile-site-in-a-desktop-browser/
Alternatively, WPtouch Pro allows you to attempt to deactivate the plugin only in the mobile theme by removing its hooks in a child theme.
It sounds as if there may be a Javascript conflict active in your installation as well as the need to configure caching software.

You may configure your caching plugin not to cache mobile pages nor to serve cached pages when mobile devices are detected. To do so, enter the user agents found in the documentation link below to the “rejected user agents” areas in your caching plugin’s settings. Remember to clear your plugin, browser, and device caches before retesting.

In reply to: [WordTwit Twitter Plugin] Iteratively ProblematicHi Travis,
Sorry you had issues with WordTwit. Did you follow the admin guide for setting up the plugin? It sounds like you might need to reset the custom Twitter application setup on Twitter.
You may choose where the thumbnail displays under Bauhaus Settings > General > Blog > Post thumbnails.
