Hi, sorry to hear you did’t have a good experience with the free version.
We accept low rating reviews, but it wasn’t very helpful to us or anyone else viewing (since you didn’t explain much).
1 – Buggy: What were the bugs you faced? We regularly fix bugs and issues reported to us in bi-weekly updates,
2 – Limited: Limited in what ways? What couldn’t you do that you wanted to do with a free product?
3 – Over-priced: That doesn’t seem fair to say— considering you tried the free version and are giving it a low review because you don’t want to pay for a completely different version of the product.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Very GoodThanks for the nice review, we appreciate it.
Thanks for the kind review. We regularly assist pro customers in setting up advanced 3rd party support for things like galleries. And yes, automatic shortcake handling is included in the Pro version right now.
Thanks for the kind review!

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Easy to setupHAHA! Yeah we’re excited about ours— it’s a great way to show the power of WPtouch, and a few tricks, too 🙂
There are other advertisement plugins out there that work fine with WPtouch. We thought it wasn’t appropriate to provide a free way for users to make money off of our work. That’s not fair.

Guess what: we’re already working on a free, open access podcast tutorial series helping both free and pro users get more out of the product.
As you can probably imagine, this is both costly and time consuming (and that’s why most companies don’t do it).
The series will be out in the spring.

Hi!
Thanks for the review.
There’s a setting for that (WPtouch Landing Page) where you can decide where visitors are taken when they arrive at your website.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Great pluginHi!
Thanks for the review!
Why do you think we should add more themes to the free version? Is there something in particular you think we should give away for free that we’re charging for?
Hi thanks for reviewing— though it sounds like you’re giving the free version a bad rating (even though you say it works really well) because the Pro version has more features and costs money.
We don’t think that’s very fair.
You can find tips on configuring a variety of cache tools for WPtouch/WPtouch Pro at https://www.wptouch.com/support/knowledgebase/optimizing-caching-plugins-for-mobile-use/
If Google’s bots can’t access the mobile theme’s stylesheets or other files it may report that your pages are not mobile friendly due to content extending beyond the device width (particularly images). The mobile-friendly test tool will tell you if this is the case.
If Google is not seeing the mobile version at all, you may need to further refine your cache settings to make sure they get through.
The plugin ‘custom-fun-box’ is setting the height of elements with the class ‘section’ to 50px, which is resulting in the offset-stepped appearance of your listings page.
Disabling that plugin, tweaking its CSS, or alternatively upgrading to WPtouch Pro to take advantage of our runtime plugin disabling features will resolve this issue for you.
