Redirects in WP Touch Pro and Support doesn't work

Hi,
am have bought WP Toch pro US Dollar 99. I have thought that I will get support. I can not write my question into the client support forum because of there is a problem. i can not see what i have written. and nobody answer to my questions.
the problem is that my redirections in my blog does not work with wp touch pro. in the desktop version all redirections are ok. it seems to be this problem:
