– Which version of WooCommerce Upload My File do you use?
– Does it work in other browsers?
– Which “browser button” do you mean? The file upload button? This is default HTML, nothing fancy.
– Could you check on another device? It looks like this is something related to your browser settings.

WooCommerce DYMO Print is developed to use one size of specific labels.

WooCommerce DYMO Print FREE only works with DYMO Labels size 36x89mm, not with other labels.

If you use another size of labels it’s indeed possible some information will not be printed.

Sorry for the late response.
We’ve checked the plugin with WooCommerce 3.0. and didn’t see any issues.
However we’re going to check it all again.

Could you give us more information about the errors which are shown?
THis may help us solve the issue quickly.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to see you placed a negative review after some mails about your license which you’ve send to our support system.

Your complain is not related to this specific plugin, but to another WooCommerce plugin. This is a premium plugin with a license system.

You’ve purchased a license for one of our premium plugins which gives you support and updates for one year. After that year you can still use the plugin. If you still want to receive support and updates you need to renew your license. This is described on our productpages and documentation. We also explained this to you in our emails.

I understand you’re still not happy with our response. We tried to explain and help you in our support emails.

The WordPress.org forums are not activaly monitored.
Free and PRO are two different plugins, so the problem you experience with PRO is probably not the same as in FREE.

As we’re not allowed to give PRO support you’ve to email support.

FREE:
The FREE plugin uses paper-sizes: 36x89mm. It’s not possible to use FREE with other labelsizes.

PRO:
I see you’ve contacted support, however we did not receive any support request from you. I’ve checked our ticket system, but there is no ticket related to WooCommerce DYMO Print which is not answered yet.
