First of all I am wondering why you use our widget on a page? Why not use the default WooCommerce login page?

Upload size is limited to your hosting capabilities. If your hosting only accept a max. upload size of 20MB this is the limit.
The upload speed depends on your internet connection and hosting environment.If you want to upload larger files WooCommerce Upload My File (FREE version) is not the best option.

Your complain is not related to this specific plugin, but to another WooCommerce plugin. This is a premium plugin with a license system.
You’ve purchased a license for one of our premium plugins which gives you support and updates for one year. After that year you can still use the plugin. If you still want to receive support and updates you need to renew your license. This is described on our productpages and documentation. We also explained this to you in our emails.
I understand you’re still not happy with our response. We tried to explain and help you in our support emails.

There are no “blocked” messages in our plugin.
If there is a message which is “blocked” it should be coming from another plugin.
When does this happen? In all cases? Everytime a user uses the plugin?

I am the author of Upload My File. I can not remember any other topics from you? So it’s strange to read I have told that before to you?
We try to help every user of Upload My File as soon as possible and checking the WordPress.org repository forums regularly.
Now back to your question.
WooCommerce Upload My File is developed to upload files after checkout. All files are stored on the server. There is no option to upload files to other (third-party) locations.Best regards,

Unfortunately it’s not possible to diable cache for just the widget as far as we know.
However, we’ve tested the plugin with WP Rocket (not CloudFare) and we can not find any issues.
Could you give us more information about this?
