We gaan dit uitzoeken. Het is inderdaad bekend dat de connectie met Klantenvertellen niet altijd gemaakt kan worden. Hiervoor worden ook alle resultaten opgeslagen in de transients (cache) van WordPress.
Als het goed is worden wel de reviews allemaal getoond aan de voorkant en heeft de bezoeker van de website geen last hiervan.
Mocht dit wel het geval zijn dan wil ik je vragen om even per mail contact met ons op te nemen. Het mailadres vind je bij de plugin instellingen.

Ik kan je helaas niet helpen.
De getoonde code komt niet voor in onze plugin.Ook het bestand /admin/class-menu-page.php gebruiken wij niet.
Mogelijk gebruik je een andere plugin. Ik wil je in dat geval adviseren om contact op te nemen met de ontwikkelaar van die plugin.

Bedankt voor je bericht. Wat vervelend om te horen.
Op zich is dit heel erg vreemd. De plugin gebruikt nauwelijks “rekenkracht”.
Ik vermoed dat er ergens een blokkade zit tussen de connectie met Klantenvertellen en de plugin.Dit kan o.a. komen omdat Klantenvertellen accounts aan het overzetten is naar een nieuw systeem.
Mijn advies:
1. Neem contact op met je accountmanager bij Klantenvertellen en vraag hem of haar wat de correcte XML-url is voor jouw account. Het kan ook zijn dat je inmiddels op het nieuwe systeem zit en dat je andere gegevens hiervoor nodig hebt.2. Stuur vervolgens deze gegevens door naar ons. De gegevens zie je ook op de instellingen-pagina van de plugin.
We gaan dan ons best doen om het probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Automatisch slikken is als een optie ingebouwd in de laatste versie van de plugin (1.1.3). Deze is al beschikbaar als update.

This is not depending of any country.

Op dit moment is dit nog niet mogelijk.
We gaan proberen om dit op korte termijn (binnen 2 weken) te realiseren.

Een voorbeeld kan je o.a. zien op https://www.samenwebsitebouwen.nl/ daar wordt onze plugin regelmatig gebruikt.
Natuurlijk kan je de plugin ook even installeren.Je kan rich snippets zelf testen via de Structured Data Testing Tool van Google: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool?hl=nl
Of Google de sterren toont hangt er vanaf of Google de sterren relevant vind voor het zoekresultaat. Het is dus niet zo dat als je rich snippets aanbiedt aan Google deze ook altijd mee overgenomen worden.
Wij hebben gekozen voor schema.org/Organization omdat dit voor Klantenvertellen en Kiyoh het meest relevant is.

I noticed none of the fields are working correctly on Custom Post Types. Even a normal “text” field does not work.
