Thank you for using WooCommerce DYMO Print.
When the DYMO Web Service is running it would show the printer in the debug-section of the settings-page. It is indeed not possible to “add” your own printer. It will use the default DYMO Label Writer.
It is also not possible to add your own labels.

I know that I cannot add my own printer, that’s not what I wanted. I just want to print from my Dymo Labelwriter, but that doesn’t work. The printer does not show up in the debug-section…

Really strange. We use the same scripts as the example you show. Is there a security plugin active on your website? Maybe a security plugin is blocking access to the drivers.

I have exacly the same problem, and I don’t have the tab printer as shown in the manual.
Service is running and the printer is working with the dymo software.
I made a new wordpress installation, with default theme and only woocommerce and the dymo plugin active.
If the free version is working, I want to buy the PRO version.
I can send you a login if you want to.

It is indeed correct there is no tab “printer” with the FREE version of the plugin.
You can only change your company name and an optional line of text.
FREE version uses default labels, default printer and default shipping address.
We advise to use DYMO Label Software version 8.7.1. with FREE.
The latest DYMO Label Software version 8.7.2. is not stable enough.

I tryed version 8.7.1, without any improvement. didn’t find the printer.
Ordered the pro version, downloaded a label and had a succesfull print. (ver. 8.7.1)
Pro version detected my Dymo 450 right away.
The free version didn’t work for me, but the pro version worked within 10 minutes.
Then watched the videos how to setup a label.
I still have to edit the label to my own settings, but it’s working.

So for now there’s no free version it seems? It’s broken.
I have the same as the person above. Seems to have to do with CORS.

This plugin is working correctly, however only with the older DYMO Label Software.
We’re currently working on a new release, which is completely rewritten for DYMO Label Software version 8.7.2. and higher.
We expect to release this new version within one week.
