WooCommerce DYMO Print FREE has a predefined label size of 36x 89mm.
It looks like your label has a different size.If you want to use other label sizes the FREE version can’t help you. In our PRO plugin you can define your own label.

WooCommerce Upload My File is a fully working plugin.
It is developed to upload files after checkout and it is tested with latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress. The plugin is used on many websites and we have a lot of happy users.The PRO version you’re refering to is WooCommerce Uploads. This is a completely different plugin with indeed a lot more options than the FREE version.
How can we help you solving the problems you notice after using the FREE plugin?

Uploads are only shown if:
1. The order status matches the required configurated order status in plugin settings. Go to WooCommerce –> Upload My File and select a required order status.
2. Uploads are enabled for a purchased product. For this go to Products, edit a product and hit the “Enable” checkbox in the “Upload Files” box (normally in the right column).Please check both.

This plugin is developed to print labels on a DYMO Labelwriter and will not work with other (label) printers.
