@aaynaic Could you please uncheck the option “Enable merging of JavaScript files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript & CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?
@gilmourlive Yes only if the cache pre-loading is enabled the HTML minify will work, so please make sure the cache preloading is enabled.
The cache preloader works at certain intervals it will take some time to preload the cache once the post/page is created.

@pavlovbob We are releasing a new version soon, till then please rollback to working 3.2.3 version.
@cooldool2k Go to cPanel and browse through wp-content/plugins folder and remove wp-optimize folder.
Once you are able to login into the site, you can install the 3.2.3 version.
