In reply to: [Multiple Roles] Is multiple roles dead?I was forced to switch to “User Role Editor”

We couldn’t afford to have a plugin that was vulnerable and not updated.

In reply to: WooCommerce Archive Thumbnail Gallery SliderWooCommerce Product Image Slider was last updated in 2017 and only supports Woocommerce up to version 4.6.x and WordPress up to version 5.4.x
No support and No updates means it is insecure and vulnerable to attack.
Hello Peter
Yes, we receive this notification daily.
Yes the user was created using the admin dashboard as you stated.I highly and strongly doubt the site is compromised as there has been no suspicious activity at all other than this constant notice of the admin user being created outside of WordPress.
This user in question was created by me originally as a different username and since receiving the notices, I did some tests and found that if I delete the user, the notice goes away. If I recreate the user and even recreate it with a different username, the notice reappears. The user is not being recreated daily but wordfence seems to think it is. So I followed the instructions that said that if I am aware if this user, I can ignore it so I click “MARK AS FIXED” but it keeps returning.
So what now??

Hello 🙂
Sadly the problem still occurs.
I did clear ALL Cache for LiteSpeed plugin so I really have no idea why this keeps happening.
I have send a diagnostic report to the email requested.
Thank you so much for all you guys do!

Hi 🙂
ok, so we do use LiteSpeed Cache plugin because the server runs on Litespeed.
I have manually cleared the cache now and will wait to see if it re-occurs.
Thanks for the assistance and I will give feedback as soon as I have more info.
Thanks

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards] Exclude Product Image from “Choose Your Image”So in this case, the best option is not including the main product image to the categories, to avoid display it twice.
This is exactly what I did do. I didn’t include it in the categories. See screenshot:
This screenshot shows I EXCLUDED the main product image from the gift card category so to my understanding, it should then NOT be part of the selection.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting Shop Page to Home Page shows no categoriesOk, I have managed to figure out why the page was blank without categories. I went to Woocommerce -> Status and found that the Shop base page was not set even though I had a page called “Shop”
So I went to Woocommerce -> Status -> Tools and ran the “Create default WooCommerce pages” tool and now the categories are showing up properly 🙂
Thank you for the help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Setting Shop Page to Home Page shows no categoriesHi,
Yh, the setting is already set in that way but what is confusing to me is that the Products per row and Rows per page are missing on our installation.
We are running Woocommerce Version 4.6.1
I have also set the theme to Twenty Twenty and it is still not showing the categories!

In reply to: The plugin does not have a valid header. This is bizarre! Is there really noone who can assist with this? What data do we check in the DB? This is clearly not a file issue because the plugins have all been removed.
So what now?!?!

Is this a lost cause??
Also seeing this error now. Been a month since support posted here. When can we expect a fix for this??
Well, reviews should be honest and devoid from price influence. You shouldnt get a star just cause its free.
With that thinking, I can write a plugin that simply places “Hello World” on my home page and I would expect to receive a star just cause I don’t charge. That isn’t sensible.
Don’t take it personally, I love that it’s free and you should be rewarded for your efforts but these features I mention … even if it was part of a paid version, should be available to the end user.
1. Re-Optimise all is a no brainer
2. I should be able to remove all “unsmushed” backup copies of the pics with a click of a button when I uninstall your plugin. I’m removing the plugin so I should be removing all remnants of it.
3. Output log is nothing major but would be a simple addition and would be nice to have.Maybe you should make a paid version to rake in some money with the “Reoptimise all” button. I would have paid for it.
I think my review was fair. Free or not.
