I found the issue. Seems the plugin doesn’t respect the child theme! I had to upload the files to the /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/languages directory instead of the /wp-content/themes/theme-child/ultimate-member/languages directory.
This isn’t very efficient in the event we ever completely reinstall the plugin. We will lose our translation files…
Anyways…I found the solution…not a good solution though!
This was resolved in this thread 🙂
2 Logins, same shortcode, but different CSS- This reply was modified 6 years, 10 months ago by BlueSteam.
Thank You Asif 🙂
Your css code worked a dream for the buttons to be side by side. I did however modify your css a tad to remove all br that the Divi-Megapro seems to be inserting for some reason and it has fixed up my spacing perfectly.
.divimegapro-body .uimob340 br { display:none; }Not sure why Divi-Megapro is inserting the breaks.
Thanks again
Please ignore this thread. I am now suspecting the problem to be on my host as I have 3 websites. 1 on server A and 2 on server B.
both websites on server B is unable to log in to the dashboard but the website on server A is fine. I only installed this plugin on 1 of the websites on server B so the fact hat the other website is also doing it indicates a problem elsewhere.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize and Async Javascript not playing nice togetherThanks Frank 🙂
I have uninstalled the Async plugin because it actually made no difference to my scores and it has removed the errors 🙂
Maybe a list of compatible plugins alongside each other would be good for your fans so we don’t wast time asking you stupid questions 🙂
So I guess we will have to ditch this plugin as the support seems non-existent.

In reply to: [Ashe] Header Section missing after upgrading to WordPress 5.xIt seems that the previous developer made changes to the header.php and the style.css without creating a child theme.
Apologies for wasting your time. I will resolve this on my side.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Signature Mismatch with Payfast pluginJust letting you know that we have resolved the issue. It ended up being a typo in the passphrase. When that darn comma catches you out like a tiger on heat!

In reply to: [a3 Lazy Load] YouTube video preview resized and cropped (16:9 -> 4:3)I have the exact same problem. Did you ever solve it? It is so frustrating. I’ve spent the entire day trying to find an elegant solution for this but have had to resort to manually coding css for this on all responsive resolutions which has taken a long time.
Yes, you responded to my first post within an hour. and then I never heard from anyone again. I even posted a follow-up on this thread 2 days later asking if anyone was looking at the problem and again heard nothing.
So just to be thorough and make sure I didn’t miss any emails, I went through my spam/junk folders on my host server as well as my local PC and don’t see anything from you guys. Maybe you sent it to the wrong email address? I don’t know but maybe a quick one liner in response to my follow-up here would have shown that someone was actually looking at something in the event that emails were going missing in the ether.
It is interesting that when I state that I have given up on the plugin, then suddenly I get a reply. Just an observation.
I gave up on this plugin because support was non-existent. I went with a different plugin. Sad really. This plugin had promise.
Hi,
I have sent through the json file. Is someone looking at it?

In reply to: [Theme My Login] 2 login forms on login pageHi,
I found the problem 🙂
It had to do with the theme I was using. It seems that it detected somehow that I was loading a login page and was showing the default login as well as your theme login. So I set the template of the page to “Full Width” and it removed the default login.
I’m just glad its sorted. Thanks for coming back to me.
