Hi @bluesteam,
Thank you for the message. That is odd, as I’m not able to replicate the issue. Can you please export all AAM settings and send it to support@aamplugin.com? This way I can quickly check what is stored in your database.
To export all settings, go to Settings area and on the ConfigPress tab enter following:
[aam]
export.system = "roles,utilities,configpress"
export.roles = "menu,metabox,post,redirect"
export.users = "menu,metabox,post,redirect,capability"
export.visitor = "metabox,post,redirect"
export.default = "menu,metabox,post,redirect"
Then on the Tools tab enter “Export AAM Settings” button.
You can find more information about Import/Export feature in this article.
Keep me updated.
Regards,
Vasyl

Hi There,
I just downloaded the AAM plugin. Thank you for the great work.
I’m having the same exact issue both on Teaser Content and Redirect url. I can’t save them.
Thank you,
Murat
I gave up on this plugin because support was non-existent. I went with a different plugin. Sad really. This plugin had promise.
Hi, Thank you for your reply, would you mind telling me the one you use now?
Hi guys,
@bluesteam, hm… That is quite odd to here from you that support was non-existent. I’ve replied to your message on community forum in reasonable time frame as well as replied to your follow-up email with some details. However never heard back from you.
Anyway… Probably this issue is related to some conflict that is caused by either other plugin or theme that you guys have installed on your website. I can’t reproduce the issue on my websites and if this was purely related to AAM, then I would for sure already had dozens of reports. From the @bluesteam export settings I can clearly see the teaser message that he saved however either there is some sort of JavaScript issue on the page or something clears teaser text message area before modal shows up.
Can you please try to deactivate all your plugins and switch to default WordPress theme and see if this will help.
Regards,
Vasyl
Yes, you responded to my first post within an hour. and then I never heard from anyone again. I even posted a follow-up on this thread 2 days later asking if anyone was looking at the problem and again heard nothing.
So just to be thorough and make sure I didn’t miss any emails, I went through my spam/junk folders on my host server as well as my local PC and don’t see anything from you guys. Maybe you sent it to the wrong email address? I don’t know but maybe a quick one liner in response to my follow-up here would have shown that someone was actually looking at something in the event that emails were going missing in the ether.
It is interesting that when I state that I have given up on the plugin, then suddenly I get a reply. Just an observation.
Hi Vasyl,
I appreciate your answer. I’ve deactivated all the plugins accept AAM, activated the theme Twenty Seventeen, I’m using WordPress Version 4.9.6.
I’m having the same issue, I can’t save the Teaser or Redirect URL for visitors.
Just to make sure we’re on the same page:
– I click on the visitor icon on the tab
– click on the Manage Visitors button
– put a checkmark to the LIMIT
– click on the “change” link and add my message to save it.
As soon as I update the page, the Teaser content disappears.
Also after downloading the AAM plugin today, I can’t see the url field to enter in REDIRECT option anymore.
Thank you,
Murat
Hi @meltech,
Sorry for the delay in response. Do you still experience any of your issues with the latest AAM release? Also if you have any extensions installed, what versions do you have?
Keep me updated.

Vasyl
This MAY help people. I had the same problem. But when I put the message between HTML tags it stayed. HOWEVER, it still didn’t display – instead it said that the message was undefined.
