That corrected link gives me:
“Sucuri WebSite Firewall – CloudProxy – Access Denied
Block reason: Directory listing denied.”
It’s doing that for me too, on all my sites.
Why exactly has NextGen never included the gallery title at the top of the page? Surely everyone would like to see it?
If you have an album called “2014 photos” (e.g. here: http://www.elite-wings.co.uk/photos/2014-photos/), containing thumbnails for several galleries (each for a different event that year), clicking a thumbnail yields another page of thumbnails. But the page title is still the same – that must confuse lots of people!
Surely it’s trivial to add the gallery title? I used to add it to “view\gallery.php” manually, but of course that didn’t survive the numerous plugin updates – so I got fed up of doing it. Why don’t you add it – even make it an option if there is a good reason not to show the title sometimes?
But surely the plugin never used to load ALL images at once? Do you agree? If so, what changed?
I am using the “Web Developer Extension” in Firefox, and its “Document Size” feature. This usually agrees with Pingdom, but I see it doesn’t now.
Anyway, is it your intention that your page loads all its images at once? Surely that slows it down?
Further research suggests that this problem only happens with the javascript slideshow – not the flash one. Were you aware of that?
I don’t see any such option – where should it be? I only see Title, Select Gallery, Height & Width in the widget (v2.0.66). I don’t see any such option in “Gallery Settings” > “NextGEN Basic Slideshow” either.
I don’t think “from every gallery” is relevant, as the 45 images on your page are all in the same gallery (“Landscapes”).
You say “why this may be happening” – do you not agree that it is definitely happening?
Any comment?
Actually, on further investigation, I find that I CAN see the user roles option in my other NextGen v2 sites – but on one particular site the “Other Options” page is totally empty. I’ll cancel this thread and start a new one based on that problem.

In reply to: [Hide My Site] Password request for every page?Have you tried changing the duration temporarily? As I mentioned, that fixed it for me.

In reply to: [Hide My Site] Password request for every page?My site too has suddenly started asking for the password for every page. It didn’t do that previously, so I suspect that updating to v1.2 a couple of days ago caused it?
Ah! Duration has always been set to 10 days, but I see other people suggesting that changing it could solve the problem…so I tried that and it did! I changed it to 100 days and it’s now working fine again.
I too use
<br />to insert a line break, but this no longer works in v2 – the markup gets corrupted.I also use “ngg_gal_Sort” to sort the images on the Alt text – but that too is no longer working.

In reply to: [P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler)] Error Reading ScanI too am getting most (though not all) of my P3 scans ending with “Error reading scan”. The json files are being created, but I see corrupt lines in several of them. What could be causing that?
I have just deleted and reinstalled P3 – to no avail.
I’d like to know how to do this also.
I’d love a solution to this too, as I’m in exactly the same situation. In fact this is the only issue stopping me updating my old static site to a WordPress one.

In reply to: 2.7 RC2 – Add Media File bugI’m suddenly getting the same issue with a new installation of v2.7 (the final version). Has anyone any ideas on solving this?
