In reply to: Can't add any audio filesHow did you reference the audio? They suggest:
[audio src="http://mysite.com/mymedia.mp3"]
Depending on where you uploaded it you can also do this:
[audio src="/wp-content/uploads/audio.mp3"]
I hope this helps!

In reply to: Comment Notify sent to wrong EmailIt is sending the emails to the email address that was used for the first user created. My guess is you used SimpleScripts to install this wordpress. You can change this by going to the dashboard, click Settings on the left, then General on the left. There is a setting there for the Email Address.
Now it comes from hostusername@just81.justhost.com because that is what your php is set to use. You can edit your php.ini to replace that with an email address you want. Here is a tutorial from Justhost on that:
https://my.justhost.com/cgi/help/206
You would need to setup a php.ini for each domain/subdomain if you want to use different email addresses for each.

In reply to: delete posts, pic, and other data.Login to your wordpress dashboard. Click Posts on the left. This will bring up a list of all of your posts. If you hover your mouse over one of them it will bring up a small menu underneath. From there you can click Trash to delete the post.

In reply to: Big problem with bad linksHave you changed your wp-url settings? Here are the basic steps on how to do it:
You will want to change the default URL for the website when using WordPress’s script. This is configured when WordPress is installed. You can change this configuration in the database what the default URL is for your WordPress site.
1) In the cPanel, choose phpMyAdmin icon and, in left column, choose your WordPress *database.
2) Select the wp_options table on the left column.
3) Along the top, click the Browse tab.
4) There are two records to modify. Record #1 (siteurl) and #39 (home) (these can vary, but unlikely). For each, click the pencil icon to edit and change the option value to read the URL that you intend your links to display, such as http://domain.com.* = If you do not know the database’s name, return to the cPanel and select the File Manager icon. Navigate to the directory where the WordPress script is installed. Select the ‘wp-config.php’ file and click the Edit button along the top to view the name.

In reply to: password protected page error in IE (on a site forwarded site)Why don’t you just host http://www.ikhebrugpijn.nl at Bluehost? They can’t be the registrar of .nl domains but you can host them there.

In reply to: Can't add any audio filesIf you upload through the uploader, it puts it in your server files, so there is no reason to upload through FTP. Now Audio Player has not been updated in 2 years. You may want to look at a different option. This one has a decent rating:

In reply to: Scheduled posts not publishingYou may also need to check the permissions. wp-cron.php should be set to 644 permissions. How often do you have your cron set to run? You can setup your cron to run every 5 minutes, that is how it is setup on mine.

In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up siteOptimizing CSS has to do with removing CSS that is not used. Optimizing image size (which cloudflare can do for you). You can also try W3 Total Cache. Also I am not sure on this but I don’t believe you can use two CDN’s. I would suggest using just cloudflare.

In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up siteDo you use a CDN like CloudFlare? You also may want to take a look and optimize your code/css.

In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up siteIt is suggested for the browsers managing it. To be honest I am not positive it makes a difference. When I learned I was always told to change it though.

In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up site2 months would be my suggestion, not 60 days. So like this
ExpiresByType text/css “access 2 months”
Hope this helps.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up siteYou can change it to access 4 days for images. Widgets shouldn’t be cached by that code.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: what codes needed to be in htacess file to speed up siteYou can enable Leverage Browser caching to help with the speed of your site.
To do this you need to add this code to your .htaccess:
## EXPIRES CACHING ##
<IfModule mod_expires.c>
ExpiresActive On
ExpiresByType image/jpg “access 1 week”
ExpiresByType image/jpeg “access 1 week”
ExpiresByType image/gif “access 1 week”
ExpiresByType image/png “access 1 week”
ExpiresByType text/css “access 1 week”
ExpiresByType application/pdf “access 1 month”
ExpiresByType text/x-javascript “access 1 month”
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash “access 1 month”
ExpiresByType image/x-icon “access 1 week”
ExpiresDefault “access 2 days”
</IfModule>
## EXPIRES CACHING ##Please be aware this is just general Caching code. If you need something specific you will need to add it. If this causes any problems you can simply remove it.

In reply to: Bluehost Deactivated my Account.Well are you still getting throttled, or is this just left over from before? If you are getting new throttling time I would suggest changing to the default theme to see if it is your theme that is to resource intensive. Also how much traffic are you getting to your site?

In reply to: Bluehost Deactivated my Account.I’m glad you got that resolved. The guys at Bluehost are normally pretty understanding. From my experience if you talk to them they will work with you.
