If you mean you want to open images/slides in fullsize, you can add a lightbox to your slider. For more information, please read the below documentation:

(on free version, you can add {{slide-image-url}} to Slides -> Video and Link -> URL. Also, on the same direction, you can find link rel and add rel attribute to that)

But if you want to create a fullscreen slider, you need to purchase Master Slider pro. Fullscreen slider is only available on our pro version.

It seems there is something wrong with the styles of customizer or divi theme’s custom styles.
Please make sure the CSS syntax is right. If the problem persists, please remove those styles and let us know to check it out for you.

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

We tried it with different devices. It works fine, Only two times on iPhone it happens and only header and footer of your website appeared. So I think the issue is caused by the theme, not the slider.

Please check out your theme and make sure there is no option which shows the page content after the loading of whole page is completed. If you could find that option, please turn it off.

The sliders sizes are ok. The added height is related to the thumbs’ height. If you want the height of your slider be 500px with the thumbs, you need to set the slider size to 410px and the thumbs’ height to 90px. So the overall size of the slider will be 500px.

Please check out Automatically crop and resize slider images… option on Slider Settings -> General Settings and disable it.

About the other issue, please change the sizes and provide us with the link of 2 sliders. We will take a look at them and get back to you.
