Thank you for choosing Master Slider.
We cannot add style to embed videos such as Youtube videos. It will resize on different sizes and the borders appear.

If you want a fullscreen video slider, like the link you sent, you need to have Master Slider pro. On pro version, you are able to use background vide. Also, fullscreen slider is only available on pro version.

It is possible to change the default settings for some options.

You can put this code to your functions.php file in your active theme folder to change default fillmode to fit.

function my_masterslider_panel_default_setting( $defaults ){
    $defaults['slideFillMode'] = 'fit';
 
    return $defaults;
}
add_filter( 'masterslider_panel_default_setting', 'my_masterslider_panel_default_setting' );

You can read this documentation about deeplink option: http://docs.averta.net/display/mswpdoc/Slider+Deep+Linking+Settings

However, I will explain it step by step:

Please Enable slider deep linking on Slider Settings -> Navigation -> Slider deep linking options for the second slider (http://www.pixis-conseil.com/notre-equipe/#pixisteam)

Then, add a deep link name, for example “test”. Now, each slide has its specific link. For example, if your slider has two slides, the links will be: http://www.example.com/#/test/1 for the first slide and http://www.example.com/#/test/2 for the second one.

Now, for the first slider, go to Slides tab, choose the slide you want to link to the second slider, and click on Video and Link, then add the URL of a slide you want to connect to this slide.
For example it will be:
http://www.pixis-conseil.com/notre-equipe/#pixisteam/#/test/2

Now, after clicking each slide of the first slider, it will open the chosen slide of the second slider.
