I guess there is a conflict between your plugins.


Please deactivate all the installed plugins, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
Also, it is better to select the default theme and check out again.

Slider Settings -> Navigation Section -> Show background video in mobile devices (Not recommended)

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

You need to define a class name for your slider on Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Classname (above the Slider custom styles field)

Then, add this classname to your code.

Example:

.your-slider-classname .ms-info {
	color:white;
}
