Hi @ademkuday ,
Thank you for sharing your detailed response. We are conversing if this can be added to our feature candidate. We will surely let you know when we this is added.
Thanks.Hi @ademkuday, Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, altering WordPress behavior is out of our plug-in’s scope. However, you may download a third-party plugin that will do this job. Consequently, our plug-in will follow this behavior and will not generate the media sizes that you would normally expect.
Hi @ademkuday,
Thank you for reaching out to Cloudinary! I behavior that you would like to achieve ultimately affects how WordPress would generate the images in its storage. That said, can you please try to set under the WordPress media settings. Setting each max width and height to 0 (zero) will stop WordPress to generating image variations such as Thumbnail, Medium, Large size and should only place the original image in your WordPress storage. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @newpixel, do you mind opening support ticket directly to Cloudinary? Please submit a request here: https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us. It is likely that we would need you to provide a system report in which may include details about your environment.
Hi @newpixel, Thank you for the feedback. We will run this with our development team and see if we can identify the bottleneck and potentially fix this issue.

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Select FolderHi @jose3905,
There’s no option at this time to selectively choose which folder to sync to Cloudinary. By default, Cloudinary plug-in will sync your WordPress Media Library. However, the option to Manually sync exists. Go to the Media Library Sync Settings: Cloudinary > General Settings > Sync Method and choose Manual Sync. However, this comes at a cost of manually going to the WP Media Library, hovering over the unsynced media asset, and choose “Sync to Cloudinary”.I hope this helps.

Hi Echodev,
Thank you for reaching out! Generally speaking, our latest Cloudinary WordPress Plug-in should be compatible with WordPress version 4.7 or higher and we have tested up to 6.0.1. In order to further troubleshoot, I may have to ask for details on your environment/account if you need further assistance, if so then please proceed in opening an support ticket to us at https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

AnthonyHi Packjallo!
Thanks for reaching out! Kindly share some code snippets of how you have implemented a “rewrite” on Cloudinary image URL output and the hooks that you have employed in doing so. This will give us further insights and may help you find a solution.
