This is how you can modify any words in the plugin.
You will just need to replace one work with another.
We don’t have any option to make changes within the plugin.

The gallery loads properly on your site, but is it created with Nextgen? Did you remove our plugin?

Sorry for the belated response.
We can do customization and remove all data from attributes, but it is normal to add alt attribute to be crawled by search engines, so the issue is coming from screen reader.
