If you can’t login to getkeyy.com then that suggests that you don’t have the correct public key for your account.
You either need to import the correct public key for that account or we need to reset the account.
I can see you have a few support requests open, can you open a re-establish identity request here:

Once your account is corrected if you other issues have not been resolved we can look at them.

So if you have signed up via the app you can just scan the code on getkeyy.com and it will log you in.

Are you on iOS or Android?
In your site list the site you want to remove should have a delete button pressing this should remove the site from your app.
If this button does not work please send the log files via the apps settings menu.

Sorry for the delay.
UpdraftPlus will not attempt to prune old backup files until the current backup has been completed.
If a remote storage option has been set then the backup is not complete until it has been successfully uploaded to the remote storage.
The reason for this is maybe the network connection drops or times out half way through and the upload fails to fully complete. If UpdraftPlus now pruned this file, you would no longer have a local copy or a complete copy in the remote storage destination.
In this case the site backup is too big to send via email so a different remote storage option should be used.
You should be able to setup email reports so that you get notified when a backup fails so you can investigate before a large number builds up.

Yes you can restore everything but plugins and then manually install each plugin.
You should lose no settings as they should be stored in the database.

Sorry for the delay, could you confirm which GMAIL SMTP plugin your having the issue with? so I can try and reproduce.
There shouldn’t be anything in UpdraftPlus that can revoke your Google “Refresh Token”, your “Access token” will expire on it’s own after a short period of time, it’s then up to the plugin to use the “Refresh Token” to get a new “Access Token”, but maybe there is some other conflict which we would need to look into.

That file is not part of the UpdraftPlus backup plugin, you can compare your version with a fresh copy here if you ever get a report of a file being a virus:

I would recommend to remove the UpdraftPlus plugin from your site and upload a new copy downloaded from the WordPress plugin directory found here:
https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.1.13.15.zip
Then to run another scan to see if there are any other files that don’t belong.
